I think chat is so embedded in our culture now, all be it a scary fact, that we can't ignore this technology and need to find ways to use it and implement it properly.  I've personally experienced the great feeling of working the 12 steps of alcoholics Anonymous, and the feeling of contentment that you can get. Eventually I got to the point that I wanted more of that, but simply going to meetings alone is not enough...not if you're like me and you want MORE.
